Senehasa Educational Centre celebrated Christmas commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ, with the children of Senehasa. The program was recorded and broadcasted on line due to the prevailing situation of Sri Lanka with regard to COVID-19. Since the children were not able to assemble together, recordings of Christmas carols sung at home were shared, which were then edited to be broadcasted online. A minimum representative gathering of Officers & Other Ranks, adhering to safety measures joined this event on 15 th of December (15-12-2020).

Reverend father Maheema Gunawardhane attended this occasion and prayed for the children. Also famous singers Mr. Bhathiya Jayakody, Mr. Santhush Weeraman, Mrs. Chandani Hettiarachchi & Mrs. Manusha Anuradhi supported this initiative by contributing with Christmas carols for this special occasion.
